Win7 connected through RG45 but won't connect wireless
I am trying to change my laptop connection from Rj 45 to wireless.
I am connected thru a cablemodem and a Linsky wireless and RJ 45 connection.
When I go to Control Panel, Network and Shearing Center and Change adapter setting, I see three (3) connections available:
1- Local Area Connection I beleive my rg 45 connection (work well)
2- Wireless Network connection (Not connected) Qualcom Atheros AR5007 802.. with a big X on it.
3- Wireless Network connection (Not connected) Microsoft Verial WiFi Miniport A..... also with a big X on it.
It does not matter what I do I cannot remove my RJ 45 connectiona go wireless.
Sometime I do go on wireless connection and it then ask me to select the wireless connections available and when I select mine and I am asked to enter my password and I click ENTER the computer reboot and goes back to same RG45 connection.
Plaese, someone help, I have been trying to go wirelless fro a whie and it does't matter what I try it always go back to previous RJ 45 connection.
Thank you to anyone that is capable of helpping me.
