Internet Explorer and Outlook.com
I hope I post in the correct categoty. If not, please move the post to the correct one. Thank you.
I have set an email account ith outlook.com. this was not easy because MS makes really diffcult and con fusing. However, Outlook.com seems to be the service which comes nearest to what I want: a simple straight forward email messaging without any fancy things. I have two computers - a PC and a laptop - both running Windows 8 and IE 10, all up-to-date. Momentarily, I am testing Outlook.com for my purpose and it runs ok on my PC. On both computers I run Windows Live Mail 2012.
Here is the issue: when I open Outlook.com on my laptop, it opens fine but a few seconds later it comes up with a box saying "Windows Exploere stopped working. Windows is looking for a solution..." Of course as always in such cases there is none and it says: "A problem caused the program (which?) to stop working correctly. Windows will close the programs and notify you if a solution is available (never happens anyway)." I close the "program" and Outlook.com starts again. And so it goes on and on and on. I have no idea what is causing this error on the laptop.
Does anyone here had the same issue and if so, is there a solution?
