Tools for troubleshooting lockups in Outlook?
Ever since I changed offices (same building/floor - different office) I've had ongoing issue with OL (ver 2010) frequently freezing up on me. The entire OL window (and any child/related Windows) will become whited out and I get a msg that the apps not responding. Other apps n the system are fine, unaffected as far as I can tell.
Our IT guys say they've checked the network side and anything else outside my computer and everything is fine so it must be a problem on my system. I am using the same system as before and the problem started right after I changed offices. Now it could be a coincidence but the odds are against that. Does anyone know if there are any tools available for troubleshooting lockups with OL? Perhaps something that can run on my system and monitor OL so that when it does lockup then maybe it can provide some insight as to exactly why OL is doing this?
