Filtering a datasheet by any matching entry on a fom
Some time ago I saw a form that allowed any data entry into the filter field and the results would shorten the list on the datasheet. Example I might enter "62" into the search field and the datasheet would be filtered to any record that contained a "62". The "62" might be an age, part of an address, part of a zip code, a unit price, a quantity ordered, etc. It would search all fields.
Then the option existed to click on the row with the desired data and it would pull that data up into another form with additional information if available.
Has anyone seen this or have any ideas of how to create something of this order?
