    Outlook Doesn't Open (Outlook 2007)

    When I'm working in IE7 or other programs, I sometimes have trouble opening Outlook.
    If I restart the computer, than I can open Outlook.
    What do I need to do to fix the problem?

    Whoops - I spoke too soon. The first time I opened Outlook, the message didn't appear. The second time, it did reappear.

    Unless I missed something though, the MSFT article refers to Win SP1 and I have SP2 installed. Does that create an issue?
