    Thank you for the quick response. After I remove the windows journal viewer I assume that the adobe reader will then install ok .... or will it still be trying to find that missing file?

    I just checked the registry for both OEMIGSO.EXE and ADVAPI32.dll.

    OEMIGSO.EXE does not appear at all.

    ADVAPI32.dll appears in a folder: ExplorerDoc Find Spec MRU.

    Is this a problem ??
