    Thank you all for the very prompt responses.
    For virus protection, we use Symantec Corporate Edition. I have replaced the mousemat with a dark blue book (non reflective). It is a cabled mouse.

    I was sending from Notes as "Plain text & HTML". Setting it to HTML did not help, but setting it to Plain text meant I received the link as a clickable hotspot.

    When emails sent from Lotus Notes contain hotspots (clickable links) they do not appear when read in Outlook 2000. Does any person know how to slove this. I can find no settings in Outlook for this.
