Is there a way to apply a generic signature to all users without having to

I am currently archiving Outlook to a network location. I want it to be available online, and off. I need it synced to the network drive in case of local drive failure.

Thanks for all the tips. It is very weird. I disabled my anti-virus software, opened the doc. It worked. Closed it, turned av back on, open the doc, every things ok.
