    You don't need a macro. Follow these steps to add the Save All command to the Quick Access Toolbar:

    1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Word Options.
    2. Click Customize.
    3. In the 'Choose commands from' box, click All Commands.
    4. In the list under the 'Choose commands from' box, click Save All, and then click Add.
    5. Click OK to close the Word Options dialog box.
