Word Merge to E-mail & Graphics Problem (MS Office 2003 Pro)

I am having a problem when doing the Word E-mail merge. I have a newsletter with graphics and text boxes. Everything is fine until I see the preview of my e-mail message. All my text boxes and pictures have been moved to new locations. Is there a way to lock these in place so they are not moved when Word reformats the document as an e-mail? Thanks.

If you send the document as body of the e-mail, it will be converted to HTML format and may well look different than the original. Try sending the document as an attachment:
    - Select Tools | Options...
    - Activate the General tab.
    - Tick the check box "Mail as attachment".
    - Click OK.
    - Test the mail merge.

Sorry Hans. That was the first thing I looked at. It is already checked to send as an attachment.

In step 6 of the Mail Merge Wizard (task pane), you click Electronic Mail. The dialog that appears has a Mail format dropdown. Set this to Attachment. The document should then be sent as an attachment, hopefully "as is".
