underline different color (win xP / word 2003)

Is there any way to underline text in a colour different from the text colour? I want the text in black, but underline in red, blue, green, etc. and cant find a way to do this. I have seen something like this with track changes but this is something else, it is for style reasons. Hope you can help. Frank

The Format | Font dialog has an 'Underline color' dropdown to the right of the 'Underline style' dropdown. The 'Underline color' dropdown is only enabled if 'Underline style' is set to something other than (none).
