Missing Infobar Information (Outlook 2003 SP2)

A user is missing Infobar information on some of her emails. For example, she has replied to a message, but the Infobar data does not show that reply. She's a major exec in our organization, so I really need to find an answer. Thanks.

In what part of the Outlook UI? Can you post a screenshot?

The infobar shown in the attachment? I have also noted that it's not reliable.

If she doesn't have "Close original message on reply or forward" turned on (in Tools | Options, E-mail Options), Outlook may fail to store the information in the original message.

    Yes, that's the Infobar.
