Combo Box Behaviour (XP 2003)

Good morning

I have a combo box that needs to show information from 2 columns (A + from another page but when selected only insert the information from column A, for example the user clicks the combo box and is shown the following

AC Animal Container
AS Assembly service fee
AT Attendant
AW Air Waybill Fee
BL Blacklist Certificate
BR Bank release

He wishes to choose AW Air Waybill Fee and clicks it and only AW would appear in the combo box on the form

Is this possible and how would I acheive it please

Cheers

You can do this using a combobox from the Control Toolbox. Set its columncount to 2, bound column to 1, ListFillRange to the 2 column range you want, and its LinkedCell to the cell where you want the output. Do you want this for multiple rows, or just one?

Thanks Rory

That worked fine, there will be 4 different areas on the form that the combo box will be needed but I have just copied and pasted it and linked it to the specific cells as suggested.
