After opening Outlook, I get the following message (divided here by ME for clarity). If I ESC past the message, I don't notice any problems. So the error message seems to be the annoying problem right now. I TRIED Detect & Repair, and nothing changes.
The add-in C:WINDOWSsystem32fxsext32.dll" could
not be installed or loaded. This problem may be
resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.
Unable to load "C:Windowssystem32fxsext32.dll".
You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or
missing a .dll file.
