    importing calendar (XP)

For some reason all my appointments disappeared from Outlook on our exchange server. I have a copy on Airset and wanted to export rom the Airset calendar back to Outlook. Airset lets you export a calendar to ics format. Will Outlook import a ics format. Each time I try, I get an error about a corrupt file. Not sure if it is truly corrupt, or Outlook doesn't allow for importation of an ics file.

Restoring from tape is a three week process within our organization. Hey we are the government, everything moves slowly.

    Thanks.

Have you verified that there is no problem with the Calendar View that is hiding the appointments, such as a Filter?

Outlook uses .ics format files, but it's possible that Airset is not exporting them to Microsofts standards. If Airset exports to comma separated values files, you could import all appointments from there, but you have to make sure the fields get aligned with Outlook's import field order.
