Auto Increase sheets by a percentage (2002 SP3)

In the attached workbook, I need the cells in the three empty sheets to be increased by 4.00%, 2.75% and 2.00% respectively by referencing the first sheet. When I tried the =b5*(1+4%) type of formulas, I couldn't copy them since the exact the same value is repeated. Any ideas on what I should be doing?

The correct formula for the 4.00 sheet in cell B5 would be =1.04*'GRADE TABLE MONTHLY'!B5

    Another option:

Copy the values to each sheet
enter 1.04 (or 1.0275 or 1.02 depending on the sheet) in a blank cell
    Copy the 1.04
Highlight the values you want to increase.
Right click and choose paste special
In the "Operation" area, choose Multiply.
