Keeping revisions - when converting to PDF (2000 -SP3)

Hi, I'm trying to convert a much-edited word document to pdf but all my attempts result in a 'finalised' version - I lose all the revisions.

    Can this be done?

My objective is to end up with a clean version but without the meta-data info that shows who made what change.

(I tried searching - but it kept timing out!)

Just a guess (I'm not on a PC with Acrobat at the moment): if you print to the Acrobat printer, you can specify whether you want to print just the Document, or Document Showing Markup.

    <P ID="edit" class=small>(Edited by Bowlie on 19-Jul-07 06:58. )</P>Perfect! YAHF (yet another hidden feature)

Edited to add: I couldn't find a setting to enable/disable preserving mark-up. But it handled it this way, which makes sense to me.
