Row header to Column header? (03)

In tallying survey results, I set up the sheet with the question numbers running down the first column and entered the answers accordingly, down the columns. Now I need to analyze the results and I realize that I can't sort on rows! ACK! Is there a way to "switch" it around? I can't seem to find anything in the help menus that fits.

You can sort by particular rows by changing the option inn the Sort dialog
    Data - sort
    [options...]
Orientation - sort left to right

Or you could transpose the data
    Select the range
    Ctrl-c to copy
Select a blank cell in an unused region
    Edit - paste special
    Check "Transpose"
    [Ok]
