    Desktop's taskbar won't collapse

    I somehow turned off the collapse/expand feature of my desktop's taskbar. How to turn it back on? Lock and unlock does not do it.
    Thanks.

    I see my error---I meant the "Notification Area"--- and can restore its ability to collapse and expand by restoring defaults in its Properties. Thanks!
