    Update problem (Access 2000)

Why i cannot update my table ? i want to update the table outlets and to copy the data from city into address, but i get the error that the table is not existing ?
CurrentDb.Execute "tblOutlets SET address = city"
Also, how can i delete after that the field city ?

The syntax of an update query is

UPDATE table SET field = value

    You omitted the word UPDATE.

Do you want to clear the contents of the field city, or do you want to remove the field from the table?

You can use the following instruction:

CurrentDb.Execute "ALTER TABLE tblOutlets DROP COLUMN city"
