    E-mail authenticity

We hear on the news all the time that e-mails are being retrieved or used as evidence in the Courts. How can the validity of an e-mail be certified to the extent of being accepted in Court? How can a document essentially "editable" be made bullet proof? Thanks in advance.

    Re: E-mail authenticity

    Hi Raul

I have found this on Wikipedia as a reasonably good reference. Although Wiki have commented it as "bad tone" it stiil is a good reference and outlines it nicely from Author, Sender, Receiver, recipient and how spamming works.

    I hope this useful
