    Multiquery report (2002)

I'm working on a report and I need to show usage info for a specific month by location and then summarize usage for the year to the end of that month. I've been able to create one displaying each months total and the summary at the end but hate to have to print out all the months every time. I'm using a date range form in the query. Any suggestions?
    Thanks, Lynne

    Re: Multiquery report (2002)

I'd create two queries: one for the specified month and the other for the year-to-date summary. Both can refer to the same date range form.
Create two reports, one for each query, and place the year-to-date summary report as a subreport on the other one.

BTW, was my reply in <post:=648,214>post 648,214</post:> useful?

Thanks I should have included this part in the post -
I tried this but when I ran the report it continued asking for the date range as the report ran for all locations.
    Any suggestions?

You stated "I'm using a date range form in the query". If you really mean a form, you shouldn't be prompted for the date range, provided the form is actually open when you open the report.
