    Safe Sender Failure (2007)

I have just started using OL2007 and had to start marking senders as blocked or safe again. I have two contacts (in the address book) that always appear in the junk mail folder. When I right click on them and tell OL to 'Mark as Not Junk', it sends that message to the Inbox. The next message I get from this contact, it goes straight to Junk Mail. I have checked the safe senders list (it appears) and blocked senders list in OL and it does not appear. BTW, I am using OL for my msn.com account. So it is retrieving MSN mail through Outlook. I also checked the junk mail list on the MSN webmail page. It appears to be setup to allow the messages. I don't want to have to rely on my remembering to check the Junk Mail folder every day... You might check in your Blocked Senders to see if that particular e-mail address is in there.

I stated that I checked the Blocked Senders list and it is not listed. I have it set up the way it is listed in the link you attached. Thanks for trying though... <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

Do you have any rules running that could be causing the issue?

I have no rules in 2007. The one I had for 2003 didn' thave anything to do with junk mail, only a forward when I was out of town.
