    and so on ending in A1:G2
    Will show file if need to.

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

    Do you want to print exactly two rows at a time, or were the ranges you mentioned just an example?

    Re: macro print excel spreadsheet (excel in MS Off

    Greetings, I was not giving the long story.
    The file I created is to print diary style header - one day one page - in English on top right and Chinese on top left of page.
    Printing from A61:G62 ending in A1:G2 will have first day of the month on top of print-out.
    File size is too big to attach, a small section is attached.

    oes this do what you want?

    <code>
    Public Sub Print2RowsPerSheet()
    Dim I As Long
    For I = 61 To 1 Step -2
    ActiveSheet.Range("A" & I & ":G" & (I + 1)).PrintOut
    Next I
    End Sub
    </code>

    Thank you so much.
    While waiting to login to this web site I tested the macro on my file.
    It ran fine. Regards
