WMP 11 library (Vista Home Premium)

I don't know which forum to place this in, but here goes. Is there any way to create a text file of the music in my WMP library to either Word or Excel?

You might download the Windows Media Player 9 Series Winter Fun Pack 2003 and install the Media Info Exporter - it should still work in WMP11.
See Export Information from Your Library for a step-by-step description.

Thanks, I downloaded it and when I tried to install I got the following message: Windows cannot access specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. I'm listed as administrator so I don't know what to do. Maybe it won't work with Vista since it's an older item.

Try right clicking the installation file and select 'run as administrator'.

I've downloaded the file WinterPlayerPack.msi to my download file. When I right click I don't get "run as administrator" in the menu. Just INSTALL, when I click on that I get the message.
