    Compare Docs (2003)

I have 1 document that I have distributed to 4 people for their respective comments in different areas of the document. How can I speedily and efficiently combine all of the changes they propose into one single document?
    Thanks ion advance.

If you let them isert comments separately, I fear you'll have to process the suggestions manually.

Next time, send the document using a routing slip.

    Re: Compare Docs (2003)

Interesting...when I choose "Compare and Merge Documents" tab, I don't have the choice of merging a document, only comparing. In addition, if one or both of the documents are red-lined, Word prompts me that for purposes of comparing, it will consider all red-lined changes to be accepted, thereby defeating the whole purpose of trying to show ALL red-lined changes! Any help?
