Do you just want a list of people who edited the document, or is this a document with tracked changes and you want to print the author of each individual change?
Ideally, I would like to include the author and date of change in each balloon!
If you select Markup from the "Print what" dropdown in the Print dialog, does that do what you want?
"Document showing markup" or "List of markup"?
Actually, neither one does it: I am looking to have the author and date printed in the balloons!
Try both, but I meant "List of markup".
When I try "List of markup", I do get the author and date! Perhaps someone else will have a better suggestion.
Yes, but are they inside the balloons?
Word's built-in balloons, the ones displayed using Tools>Options>Track Changes, do not display that information. It's difficult to think of a way to display that information that does not actually change the document. Perhaps someone has created an add-in?
