    Setting Default Indent (Word 2007)

I have one user that recently started using Word 2007. She has a problem I've not been able to correct Her right indent is set at 3.5 inches in her new documents. I've tried resetting the indent default to 0" , but to no avail, the next time a new document is opened it opens with a 3.5 inchez right indent. I could delete the normal template, but then she'd have to reset all her defaults all over again. Any ideas or suggestions.
    Thanks much, Judy Crawford

    Let her try this:
    - Click the Office button.
    - Select Open.
    - Click Templates in the Open dialog.
    - Select and open the Normal template.
    - Modify the Normal style to set the right-indent.
    - Also make sure that the right margin in Page Setup is set correctly.
    - When done, close and save the Normal template.

Once again it worked like a charm, you are the best! We keep trying to save it to the normal template, but it wouldn't save just when we saved. Judy
