    File Preview (Excel 2003)

    Hi

In the open dialogue box on the right hand side it say preview not available, is there any way to make it preview the files.

    Regards

You'd have to select File | Properties and tick the check box "Save preview picture", then save the workbook. You'd have to do this for *every* workbook you want to see a preview picture of!

Be aware that this increases the file size.

    Hi Hans

Thanks for the prompt reply, that's very useful I only want it for specific files, so size shouldn't be a problem.

Nice to hear from you again
