Different Conditional Formatting Question (2003)

Greetings!,

Been a while since my last post, but I too am back!.....

I think I have a realitively easy thing to solve, but I am stumped. I will have a simple file consisting of 2 columns. the first is text data, the second will be in date format. I need to set up conditional formatting that does the following:

1) if Date is Past current date format cell Red
2) if date is within 2 weeks of current date, format Yellow
3) all else, = Green

Any ideas?

See the attached workbook. The background color for the filled range has been set to green (the default), and there are 2 conditional formatting "rules" - one for dates past today, and one for dates within 14 days of today. Since the conditions are evaluated top to bottom, if a cell meets the first condition, the second won't be evaluated.
