    Omitting blank address fields (2003)

Say I have Address1, Address2, Address3 and Town as address fields in a DB.
If I use the Label Wizard to produce a labels report, and address 3 is blank. the 'Town' field in the label is shifted up so there are no blank lines/fields on the label.
How is this achieved? I've looked at all the address fields in the report and I can't see an attribute, event procedure, etc. that performs this function.

I would like to use the same technique for another report which is going to list addresses, please.
    Thanks

Look at the property Can Shrink. If it's set to yes and the field is empty, the height of the textbox will be 0 and the textbox under it will move up.
