    Form Macro (Word 2007)

I have a user who needs help with sections of a locked form. She has parts of the form where someone enters a paragraph about a student and somes of the paragraph may need highlighted, bolded, or underlined. Does anyone have a macro to accomplish this?

    Thanks for any info.

    Re: Form Macro (Word 2007)

If text needs to be formatted, you should use an unprotected section. Parts of the text in formfields cannot be formatted individually.

You can enter a continuous section break before and after a paragraph that should allow formatting. In the Protect Document task pane, or whatever Word 2007 uses, if you specify that you want to protect the document for forms, you should see an option to specify which sections of the document should be protected.
