    You have to use conditional formatting to achieve this. But you are limited to 3 conditions (4 colours).

    On Current Event (2000)

    Ridiculously wide attachment shrunk by HansV

    Hi,

    With the picture attached I have the following code for the on current event of the form.

    If Me.ProgressionStatus = "Active" Then
    Me.ProgressionStatus.BackColor = 65408
    End If

    If Me.ProgressionStatus = "(P) Pulled Out" Then
    Me.ProgressionStatus.BackColor = 255
    End If

    If Me.ProgressionStatus = "(V) Pulled Out" Then
    Me.ProgressionStatus.BackColor = 255
    End If

    If Me.ProgressionStatus = "Exchanged" Then
    Me.ProgressionStatus.BackColor = 16711680
    End If

    If Me.ProgressionStatus = "Completed" Then
    Me.ProgressionStatus.BackColor = 16711680
    End If

    I want to be able to differentiate with the background colour of ProgressionStatus for the various options it displays as set our above.

    Any ideas?
