    Suppressing Printing (A2K)

I have the following data field defined on a detail print line:

    =IIf([txtNeeded]>1 And [F00_Function]=1,[SRT_CN],Null)

The good news is it really does only print/display the SRT_CN when the [F00_Function]=1

The bad news is that it prints a “blank” line for all the other records as well.

I realize that there is a magic combination to insert in the “On Print” event in the detail section, but so far none of my combinations appear to work. I just get a whole lot of really blank lines.

Thanks in advance as always for any suggestions,

    Cheers,

    1. Make sure that the text box has no label in the Detail section (a label in a header section is OK).
    2. Set the Can Shrink property of the text box to Yes.
    3. Set the Can Shrink property of the Detail section to Yes.

    Hans,

Sorry for the delay in my responding. Traffic in Toronto sucks!

As always, easy when you describe it and works perfectly. Thanks again,
