Error when trying to run shortcut to macro (2003)

For some odd reason a user is getting the attached error when trying to run macro, this macro is not in the database but the shortcut to it in a folder.
The users in our office can run it fine, but the user who is having problem is not in our office but in the office abroad when trying to access this macro.
    Any help would be appreciated.
I think it might be to do with the mapping?

The message tells you exactly what the problem is. For that user the database is not the location specified by the shortcut.
Perhaps they don't have a G drive, or perhaps it points to a different folder. So you need to map G drive correctly for that person, or change the shortcut so it correctly describes the location of the database. Using a full UNC path can be more reliable than using a mapped drive.
