autotext won't accept table (word 2003)

I'm trying to have the table in the zip file accepted as autotext, but autotext will not recognise it. if i highlight only rows 1 to 5 it will accept it, but rows 1 to 6 and it will not preview or add as autotext. if i cut the table it will accept row 6 on, but i need the table as one single autotext entry. all help appreciated.

I have no problem creating an AutoText entry from 6 rows or even from the entire table. For example:

    - Click anywhere in the table.
    - Press Alt+5 (on the numeric keypad) to select the entire table.
    - Select Insert | AutoText | AutoText...
    - The preview in the dialog will show only part of the top of the table, but that doesn't matter.
    - Provide a name and click Add.
-Click somewhere else in the document.
    - Type the name and press F3 to insert the table.

    I'm using Word 2002 SP3.

I also tested in Word 2003 SP3. Same result: no problem to create an AutoText entry consisting of the entire table.
