    Upsizing and Subforms (Access 2003)

In Access I have a subform that opens to a blank record to allow adding data if no corresponding record is found in the linked table. After I upsized to SQL server, the subform will not allow additions. As a matter of fact, the subform does not show any fields, it's just blank. I have it set to allow additions.

Any ideas on what's causing this are very much appreciated!

Does the record source of the subform have a primary key?

    Hi Hans,

No, it does not have a primary key.

Then you will have to add one to make it work in SQL Server.
