    Filling out a Word Table from Access (XP - 2002)

    I have to create Word Docs from Access data. I have Helen Feddema's book "Access 2007 VBA. I chose to use her "Book mark" approach and it's working fine for the most part. What I need to know is how to generate a new table row. Typically, in Word you would type the Tab key from within the last row/col to create a new row at the bottom of the table. That's what I'm not able to do. Also, since I'm using book marks, only the first row of the one row table has any bookmarks. When I create a new row, how do I move from one cell to the next?

    Thanks in advance for whatever direction y9ou can provide.

    If you're working with the Selection object in Word, you can emulate the interactive behavior: if the selection is in the last cell of a table, the instruction

    objWord.Selection.MoveRight Unit:=wdCell

    (where objWord is your Word.Application object variable) will add a new row to the table and place the insertion point in the first cell of that row.
