    Exporting word to powerpoint (Powerpoint)

    Hi Guru's,

I have a 43 page word document that is full of tables and would like an easy way of exporting it into word.
Cutting and pasting doesn't seem to copy over to well and I have tried file, send to powerpoint and
it also that transport well. I would like each page to be a slide.

    Any ideas?...Hope you can help.

    Thanks kindly,

You could try saving the file in rtf format. Then while in PPT choose insert, slides from file.

this isn't totally satisfactory tho'. I think copying and pasting is probably the way you'll go. Have you checked out the paste special options?

If you create or modify the document in Word's outline format in the outline view and save it, then when you go into PP just open the Word file and each main heading will be a slide.
