    3 in 1 Reports (Access2000-03)

    Tricky task here.
I am recreating Report that containes 3 different sets of data coming from the same source.
    1 Reports showing Past Transactions
    2 Report showing Present transactions
3 Report showing Futire projected transactions
Each Report has different looks and amount of columns and totals - so those are pretty different Reports. They only related by pulling data from the same tables.

So I had created 3 different Queries that have 3 different filters.
I had created 3 different Reports.

Now I am setting up the Macro that suppose to run 3 queries and I am stuck!
I can open each Report but how do I get them to be as one?
I need to see pages continuation like if R1 has 2 and R2 has 1 and R3 has 2 - I need to see Page 1 of 5 etc.

I can't see how to make these 3 Reports as 1. Not yet anyway.
    Thanks for ideas.

Try placing the three reports as subreports on an otherwise blank report. This main report will be unbound (i.e. its record source is blank)

Also if I have these Reports already created can I insert them as subs instead of re-creating again?

Create a new report in design view.
If you wish, put a title in the report header.
Also set up the page header and/or footer the way you want.
Arrange the report window and the database window so that you can see both.
Drag the first of the three reports you created from the database window and drop it into the Detail section of the new report.
Either set the caption of the subreport's label the way you want, or delete the label altogether.
Repeat for the other two reports. Position them one below the other.
