    Hide Duplicates (2003)

I have created a simple report from a query, which gives me the locations of tools in the factory. A lot of these locations are duplicated, so I only want them to show once. I know I can hide duplicates, but this still leaves the gaps. How do I close these gaps, or get the query/report just to show one instance of the location?

You could set the Unique Values property of the query to Yes (to do so, click in an empty part of the upper half of the query design window and activate the Properties window).

Thanks Hans. That did the trick.
