    Using <Return> in a text field (2003)

I created a form that has a text field. I want to type some text on one "line" and then hit Enter and type more text below that line. However, hitting Enter brings me to the next record (form). I tried formatting the field as a memo, but that didn't help. There must be a aetting through which I can make the Enter key behave as in a text file. I hope that I explained this logically! Thanks.

Set the "Enter Key Behavior" property of the text box bound to the field to "New line in field".
You may also want to set the "Scroll Bars" property of the text box to "Vertical".

The "Enter Key Behavior" property is in the Other tab of the Properties window, and the "Scroll Bars" property in the Format tab.
