Find Replace Enter Keystroke in Word (Word 2003)

    Hi Word Experts,

This is my first query in Word.

I would like to replace the Enter Keystroke with non. i.e. if i have two line space between para because of two Enter key stroke, i would like to replace it with one enter key stroke.

I had done this before but not able to recollect.

Can someone help me with the same.

    Regards
    Baiju

Re: Find Replace Enter Keystroke in Word (Word 200

You can find and replace paragraph breaks using
^p
(find two of them and replace with one of them). Note that it must be a lower case p.

You can have Word insert this into the Find what or Replace with boxes by using the Special Characters pop-up. (If you don't see that, click the More button.)

Does that work in your document?
