You can put code in the On Open event of the form. If you have set the Popup property of the form to Yes, you must specify the distance from the left edge of the screen. The diatance is expressed in twips, where 1440 twips = 1 inch, or 567 twips = 1 cm.
    If you want to position the left edge of the form 5 cm from the left edge of the screen, use:

    Private Sub Form_Open(Cancel As Integer)
    DoCmd.MoveSize Left:=567 * 5
    End Sub

    Sorry, my fault. It should have been

    DoCmd.MoveSize Right:=567 * 5

    or simply

    DoCmd.MoveSize 567 * 5
