    Print to a pdf (2003 SP3)

Does anyone know how to produce a colour pdf from MS Project. I can't find an export option. I've looked in save as but there is no pdf option. The closest I can get is to print to the MS Document Image Writer but this only creates a monocrome tif file.

The MS Knowledge Base refers to an Analysis option on the View menu but my version appears not to have this.

I am quite sure I have done this in the past but I only get to use Project once in a while. Any offers?

    Regards

    Graeme

Can you not install one of a whole raft of possible <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15> PDF 'printers', among which CutePDF Writer, PDF995, PrimoPDF?

If you haven't met this before, you need to install the software and will then find a new 'printer' among your list of Printers and Faxes. You print from within the program, select the PDF printer, then specify the path and filename of the PDF you wish to create. Bob's your uncle!

    John

I'm trying to do this at work and I'm not permitted to install programmes but I'll email the mpp file home and do as you suggest.

    Thanks

    Graeme,

One thing to look for. If you company has Adobe Professional installed somewhere, then when you print, select the printer setup as Adobe PDF and it will create your PDF file. This will work in any application as well.

    Thanks Gary

Unfortunately we only have Adobe Reader 7.0 on both my employer's system and the project to which I'm seconded.

    Regards
