Outlook security zone (2007)
I've built a new system and had to reinstall everything. I just noticed that Outlook 2007 seems to have eliminated the setting for the the security zone in Outlook (should be set to Restricted) that was in Outlook 2003/2002 (at least).
Was this option eliminated in 2007? Or can someone point to where the setting is now? I've looked in the Trust settings but don't see anything.

<P ID="edit" class=small>(Edited by jscher2000 on 31-Oct-07 19:02. )</P>From what I understand, HTML safety is now handled through Word 2007, because rather than render HTML using IE, Outlook 2007 uses Word 2007. Word has its own approach to security (It just ignore a lot of interactive features), so perhaps this is not a problem in that respect. According to various web postings, however, it does look different than IE in many cases. Hmmm...
Added: According to Word 2007 HTML and CSS Rendering Capabilities in Outlook 2007 (Part 1 of 2), Word/Outlook 2007 does not support the <applet>, <object>, and <script> tags, so that should restrict most types of active content. I assume, though, that Office SmartTags still might creep in there. <img src=/S/wink.gif border=0 alt=wink width=15 height=15>
