Messages bypassing deleted items folder (2003 SP2)

I have a co-worker who's messages are bypassing the deleted items folder. So she's getting an email, she deletes it and it's gone. There is nothing in her Deleted Items folder. She's not using the Shift/Delete combo and we've checked the options. We're on an Exchange server and no one else has reported this issue. Any advice?

    Thanks.

Check whether there the current view on the Deleted Items folder is filtered:
View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View...

I've already done this one (one of the first things I tried). Actually hit the 'Reset Current View' button to make sure that wasn't the problem.

    Thanks.

Yes it is. I'll try this and get back to you!
