    wrong formular (excel 2003)

    hi there i had help on this speadsheet but the function doesnt seem to work there is one in the column with the answer 12 in B17 this should result in a fail the formular is
    =IF(OR(COUNT(B1010)<$B$5,MIN(B1010)<$B$4),"Fail","Pass") where is it going wrong as they all state pass

    The problem is that cell B4 contains 40%, i.e. 40/100 = 0.4. None of the coursework scores are below 0.4.
    Do the following:
    - Select cell B4.
    - Select Edit | Clear | Formats. You should now see 0.4
    - Type 40 and press Enter.
    Cell B4 now contains 40 and the formulas in column E should now return the correct values.
