    Switching to normal (Word 2003)

    Dear Loungers,

To assign a heading style to text, all you have to do is select the text and press alt+shift along with the left or right key. But how do you remove a heading style from text easily without have to manually type in "normal" in the style field? Is there a way?

    Regards,

    JMT

The keyboard shortcut for applying the Normal style is Ctrl+Shift+N. You can also use Alt+Shift+5 (with 5 on the numeric keypad).
