Embed File With Music (PowerPoint 2003)

I created a PPT presenation. I need to put music on all my slides and mail this to other users, using Outlook 2003. I guess I need to embed the file? The file has an .WMN extension.

1. Open Prsentation, On slide 1
2. Select Insert | Object...
3. There is an Object Type filed, not sure what to pick or do I select Browse option?

Try Insert | Movies and Sounds | Sound from File...

BTW are you sure that the extension is WMN? That's not a "standard" extension for sound files, so PowerPoint may not know how to handle it.
